摘　　要：电厂各类机组通常由分散控制系统(DCS)和厂级监控信息系统(SIS)实现对机组信息的自动化管理。电厂外围子系统数据接口可通过工业总线Modbus、工业标准协议OPC(OLE for Process Control)和应用程序接口(API)等方式从DCS采集数据。可以通过ActiveX控件的MSComm开发基于RS-232的Modbus通信程序。OPC通信采用Client/Server架构,OPC服务器通常支持自定义接口和自动化接口2种类型的访问接口。用户可以使用API函数与控制器进行数据交换。SIS的API是一组C函数,应用程序可以通过调用API函数访问SIS;也可以使用OPC客户端连接SIS的OPC服务器;SIS还提供了嵌入到其他程序里的插件,可实现SIS和Excel表间的动态链接。指出了各采集方式的特点,给出了接口编程代码及操作中需要注意的要点。DCS（Distributed Control System） and SIS（Supervisory Information System） are widely used in power plants to realize the automated management of unit information.The peripheral subsystem of power plant can adopt Modbus,OPC,API to access DCS data.MSComm of ActiveX controls can be used to develop the Modbus communication based on RS-232.OPC communication is base on Client / Server structure.OPC server supports two types of communication interface：customized and automatic interfaces.API is used to exchange data with controller.The API of SIS is a group of C functions and the application software accesses SIS by calling API functions.It is also quite common to connect the OPC client with the OPC server of SIS.Plug-in is supplied by some SISs to realize the DDE between Excel and SIS.The features of different communication interfaces are introduced and the key points in programming are mentioned.
