摘  要:详细介绍了30 m3聚合釜PVC生产工艺改进过程,改进后工艺的聚合周期为391 min,与70 m3聚合釜热水进料工艺的聚合周期接近,同时降低了操作人员的劳动强度,装置的操作可靠性和安全性也得到了较大提高。Improvements on process for production of PVC in 30 m^3 polymerizers were introduced in detail. After improvements, the polymerization period was 391 minutes, which was close to that of 70 m^3 polymerizers charged with hot water. Meanwhile, the labor intensity was reduced and the reliability and safety of plant were increased significantly.
