摘　　要：针对目前全球机械装备汽车零部件制造企业竞争激烈、市场萎缩等情况,如何提高生产率,挖掘自身潜力,本文以怀集登云汽配股份有限公司的信息化建设为例,阐述通过信息化建设来提升企业竞争能力,提高企业的整体信息化的过程,以解决企业存在的问题,达到降低成本,提高效率,增加企业竞争力等目的。Under the fierce competition and shrink in the globe mechanical appliance vehicles component manufacture, how to improve the production efficiency and how to develop the potential are very vital for the enterprises. This paper mainly takes Huaiji Auto-accessories MFG Co., Ltd for example to illustrate how to raise the competition, integration and construction of the enterprise, how to solve the problems occurred in the factories with the aim to reduce the cost, improving efficiency and competition.
