摘  要:采用高集成度低功耗单片RF接收器、低功耗SoC单片机及ARM微控制器等设计了具有RF遥控功能的指纹锁。针对指纹锁的特点,设计了基于ARM控制器LPC2468、指纹传感器MBF200、静态存储器IS61LV51216、串口Flash存储器M25P128、语音芯片ML2282、键盘扫描器MAX6954的指纹锁控制系统,以及基于低功耗的SoC微控制器C8051F930、RF接收器Si4330、直流电机驱动器MC33899的遥控开关锁系统,重点介绍了C8051F930的/INT0和SPI0中断服务程序,并设计并实现了指纹锁结构。试验结果表明,该遥控指纹锁具有功耗低、操作可靠、安全等特点。RF wireless control fingerprint lock is designed with highly integrated low-power monolithic RF receiver,low power consumption SoC MCU and ARM microcontroller.Aimed at the character of fingerprint lock,control system of the fingerprint lock is designed based on ARM LPC2468,fingerprint sensor MBF200,SRAM IS61LV51216,SPI memory M25P128,speech synthesis LSI ML2282 and key switch reader MAX6954,and also RF wireless unlock system is established based on low power consumption SoC MCU C8051F930,Si4330 receiver and DC motor driver MC33899,and /INT0,SPI0 interrupt service routines of C8051F930 are mainly introduced,and structure of lock is designed and implemented.Experimental results show that the fingerprint lock has the characters of low power consumption,operation reliability and safety.
