开发区企业用地评价系统的分析和设计

摘　　要：为解决开发区土地利用存在的粗放、闲置等问题,对开发区企业用地各指标进行了研究,提出了开发区企业用地评价指标体系和评价模型。通过分析影响开发区中各企业用地情况的指标,给出评价体系,在此基础上采用UML建模的系统分析方法,构建了开发区企业用地评价信息系统的模型视图,对需求、逻辑结构、动态结构以及流程建模。实验结果表明了该方法的可行性,该系统对各开发区有通用性,能够提高土地管理者工作效率、降低工作成本、为决策提供支持。To deal with the extensive and idle land-use in development zone,the enterprises of development zone land-use evaluation indicators system and evaluation model are presented.Firstly,the evaluation indicators system is proposed by analyzing the indicators that affected the land-use of enterprises in development zone.Then,the information system model view of evaluation system,is constructed,based on unified modeling language（UML） which modeling the requirement,logical structure and dynamic structure.Finally,the implementation of this system is given,it is common for all zones,and can improve the land managers working efficiency,reduce the operating cost and provide support for decision-making.
