摘　　要：关于螨媒传播肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的问题,近年来一直是国内外学者争论的焦点。我国学者在大量野外调查和实验研究的基础上,证明我国HFRS螨媒的存在及其可能作用。该文就媒介革螨传播姬鼠型和家鼠型HFRS从流行病学、实验研究和分子生物学等方面的证据及其宿主动物的研究进展进行了综述。The mite-borne hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome（HFRS） has been attracting domestic and foreign controversies in recent years.Based on a large number of field investigation and experimental studies,Chinese scholars have proved the existence of the mite vector of HFRS and its possible role.This paper reviews the epidemiologic,experimental and molecular biologic basis of the HFRS of Apodemus type and Rattus type transmitted by gamasid mites,as well as the research advance in the animal hosts.
