摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定白芷酊中欧前胡素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为化学键合硅胶C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为300nm,柱温为室温,进样量为10μL。结果:欧前胡素检测浓度在10.00～100.00μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9903);平均回收率为100.36%,RSD=0.25%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快捷、专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于白芷酊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of imteratorin in Angelica dahurica tincture.METHODS： The samples were separated on C18 column （150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）with methanol-water （70 ∶ 30） as mobile phase at room temperature.Flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 300 nm.Injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS： The linear range of imteratorin were 10.00～100.00 μg·mL-1 （r=0.990 3） with an average recovery of 100.36% （RSD=0.25%,n=9）.CONCLUSION： The method is simple,rapid,specific,sensitive and reproducible for the quality control of A.dahurica tincture.
