摘 要:以六水氯化镁和不同的沉淀剂为原料,采用沉淀法制备MgO载体,并用浸渍法制备不同负载型Ni/MgO催化剂。用BET技术对载体和催化剂的比表面积进行测定,以CO2重整CH4制合成气反应为探针反应对其重整活性进行了研究。结果表明,以Na2CO3为沉淀剂,500℃焙烧制得MgO载体负载活性组分后比表面积最大,且在CO2重整CH4反应中表现出较高的活性和较好的稳定性,甲烷的转化率达91%以上。MgO carrier was prepared by precipitation method from MgCI2 ·6H2O and different precipitants. Ni/MgO catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. The specific surface area of the support and catalysts were characterized by BET. The reaction of reforming of methane with carbon dioxide was studied. The results showed that Ni/MgO catalysts possessed the largest specific surface area whose carder was prepared using Na2CO3 and calcined at 500℃. At the same time it showed excellent activity and stability for reforming of methane with carbon dioxide,the methane conversion was above 91%.
