摘 要:以硫酸铈铵为催化剂,冰乙酸和正戊醇为原料催化合成乙酸正戊酯。研究了酸醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明,硫酸铈铵是合成乙酸正戊酯的良好催化剂。采用正交试验确定了硫酸铈铵催化合成乙酸正戊酯的最佳反应条件:n(冰乙酸)∶n(正戊醇)=1∶2.2,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的2.6%,带水剂环己烷的用量12mL,反应时间2.5h。在此条件下,乙酸正戊酯的收率可达92.7%。n - Amyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and n - amyl alcohol in the presence of ammoni- um eerie sulfate. The effects of reaction conditions including molar ratio of acid to alcohol, the amount of cata- lyst, reaction time and etc. on the yield of product were examined. The results of experiment show that ammo- nium eerie sulfate is an excellent catalyst for synthesis of n - amyl acetate. By using the orthogonal test meth- od, th.e optimum reaction conditions for synthetisizing n- amyl acetate with ammonium eerie sulfate were determined as follows : the molar ratio of acetic acid to n - amyl alcohol 1:2.2 , the quantity of catalyst equal to 2.6% of feed stocks, dried cyclohexane 12 mL and the reaction time 2.5 hours. The yield under optimum conditions can reach over 92.7%.
