摘 要:介绍了防窜剂FCP堵聚防窜机理,分别考察了防窜剂表面活性、对非均质地层封堵性、热稳定性、耐水冲刷性能及驱油能力。结果表明,防窜剂含量达0.1%时,油水界面张力可达3.127×10-3mN/m,显示良好的表面活性;在不同渗透率岩芯中堵塞率均达90%以上;与HPAM聚合物反应生成的沉淀物有较好的热稳定性;经50PV注入水冲刷后,岩芯堵塞率保持在97%以上,具有很强的防窜能力;对非均质较高并联岩芯驱油效果更明显,其采收率较单一水驱平均提高10%以上,因此,渗透率级差较大油藏可采用"水驱-HPAM-FCP-水驱"方式提高原油采收率。The mechanism of anti - channeling agent FCP to block polymer and anti - channel was intro- duced. The surface activity, blocking ability in heterogeneous formation, thermal stability, erosion resistance caused by water, and oil flooding were examined respectively. The result showed that oil -water interfacial tension was up to 3. 127 ×10^-3 mN/m when the content of the anti - channeling agent was 0.1% ,which illus- trating the agent had good surface activity. The blocking rates in cores with different permeability could be up to 90% when using the anti - channeling agent. The deposit produced from the reaction of anti - channeling a- gent with HPAM had good thermal stability. The blocking rate of core maintained over 97% after injecting 50 PV of water showing it had strong anti - channeling ability. It had more obvious oil - flooding effect for more heterogeneous parellel cores with the average recovery higher than the one using only water - flooding techniqe by over 10%. Therefore ,the oil recovery was enhanced by the means of water flooding -HPAM -FCP -water flooding for oil reservoirs with large permeability difference.
