摘 要:介绍了聚合物和MD(分子沉积)膜剂筛选方法和主要指标,考察了MD膜剂与聚合物复配液对体系粘度、稳定性及驱油率的影响。结果表明,聚合物HPAM1与MD-3膜剂常温复配后粘度基本保持不变;聚合物HPAM1浓度1700mg/L与MD-3膜剂浓度1000mg/L复配液经85℃老化90d后,复配液体系粘度仍达58.1mPa.s,说明体系热稳定性好;MD-3膜剂浓度1000mg/L与聚合物HPAM1浓度1700mg/L复配液室内岩芯驱油实验结果表明,驱油率达到22.6%,高于相同浓度单纯MD-3膜剂驱、单纯聚合物HPAM1驱及其他复配浓度的驱油效率。The screening methods of polymers and molecular deposition (MD) films were introduced. Their indexes were given in this paper. The influences of different polymer/MD film composites on the system vis- cosity, the thermal stability and the oil displacement efficiency were examined. The result showed that the (HPAM1/MD- 3 film) composite had no negative effect on the system viscosity. It was discovered that the most suitable concentrations for HPAM1 and MD -3 film were 1 700 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L respectively. The viscosity of the above composite at 85 ℃ was 58.1 mPa. s after aging 90 days, which showed that the above composite had excellent thermal stability. According to the results of oil - drive lab test for reservoir core, the oil displacement efficiency of the above composite was as high as 22.6%, which obviously higher than HPAM1 or MD -3 system, or HPAM1/MD -3 film composites with other different concentrations.
