摘　　要：随着我国法制的日益健全及广大患者自身保护意识的增强,医患关系已从原本简单的医师与患者的关系,扩展为牵涉到法律及经济等各方面的复杂社会关系。同时,结合我国特殊国情,本文在医疗纠纷的原因上多维角度进行讨论,并对全方位防范医疗纠纷思考。Along with the perfection of legal system and the increase of self-protection awareness,the relationship of doctor and patients has become a complicated social relationship which did not only involved doctor and patients,but also law and economy.Under this circumstance,the article analyzed the causes from multi-dimension and made some reflections on the prevention of medical dispute.
