摘　　要：军队干部是党和国家的宝贵财富,做好军队干部的医疗保健工作是军队医院的重要任务,本院通过健全服务网络,规范院前服务范畴;设立专门机构,建立服务绿色通道;创新收治模式,提高院内服务标准;开设家庭病房,提升院后服务质量,实现了军队干部医疗保健资源的有效配置,构建了集预防、保健、医疗、康复为一体的干部医疗保健服务模式,使本院所保障的军队干部保健人群获得了高质量的医疗保健服务。Military cadres are the precious treasure of the Party and the nation,and to provide them with good medical care is an important task of military hospital.A medical service mode of integrated prevention,healthcare,treatment and rehabilitation was established in our Hospital for the military cadres by perfecting the service network,normalizing pre-hospital service scope,setting up special units and the green channel,updating the modes of admission,treatment and in-hospital service,and improving post-hospital service via home wards.The results were more efficient allocation of medical resources and better medical service for the SAOs.
