离退休干部危重患者救治模式的转变

摘　　要：为提高老年危重患者的救治成功率,转换既往对危重离退休干部的分散救治模式;于2007年6月成立老年重症监护病房。2年多的救治实践显示:老年重症监护病房的建立,离退休干部住院患者近年来死亡率由年10%以上递增变为30%的递减;危重患者抢救成功率由分散抢救的48%,增加到73%。结果显示,老年专业重症监护病房的建立,是老年危重患者抢救成功率提高和住院离退休干部的死亡降低的关键。To increase the survival rate of elderly critical patients,our hospital changed the previous decentralized treatment model and set up an intensive care unit especially for geriatric patients.Our two years practices showed：the number of deaths decreased 30% annually instead of past 10% increase.The survival rate of elderly critical patients was increased to 73%,up from 48%.Results suggest that the foundation of ICU for geriatric patients was the key point in increase the survival rate a decrease the mortality in elderly critical patients.
