摘　　要：本文运用Malmquist生产率指数,对军队医院的71所临床医学专科中心的总体及不同组别(总部组,军区组)之间的技术效率进行动态分析。结果显示:整体效率呈恶化趋势,个体的效率恶化程度有所减轻;军区组的效率恶化更明显。提出要高度重视效率恶化的问题,宏观上要突出重点管理要素,要把组合效率、规模效率作为重点内容;微观上要突出效率持续恶化的重点个体,制定有针对性的措施;要积极探索临床学科发展规律,开展专科中心绩效管理。The authors made a dynamic analysis on annual technical efficiencies of 71 specialist centers for clinical medicine,institutes and central groups by using the Malmquist production index.With the results,the author concluded that the integral efficiency of specialist centers for clinical medicine showed an improving trend,but the degree of improvement was slow;the efficiency of central groups worsened obviously.Finally,the authors put forward the stresses of enhancing integral efficiency of central groups.The authors also considered that managers should pay much attention to the study of the development of medical disciplines,and then provide effective measures to promote the rapid growth of clinical disciplines.
