摘　　要：本文结合理论和实践两方面的研究成果,从宏观和微观两个方面系统全面地总结了2008年全球金融危机发生的原因,比较分析了目前全球金融危机与20世纪30年代"大萧条"所呈现的不同特点,并从经济波动、金融创新、金融监管等方面反思本次全球金融危机带来的教训。The paper, combined both theoretical and practical research results, from the macro-micro two-round, summaries the reasons of the 2008 financial crisis, comparatively analysis the different characteristics between the current global financial crisis and The Great Depression of the 20th century, 30 years, reflect the lessons of present financial crisis From economic fluctuations, financial innovation, financial supervision perspectives.
