农地价值开发与农地流转互动关系研究

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法及因素分析法对影响农地流转的各项因素进行深入分析。以农地价值的提升为中心,充分挖掘农地价值提升与农地流转间的良性互动对农业经济发展的乘数效应,从而验证当前流传的"越流转越富,越富越流转"的农民致富经。旨在提请社会及相关部门在鼓励土地流转的同时,要注重土地价值的开发,保持双方的良性互动。The purpose of the paper is to advocate social and related departments for encouraging land circulation,paying attention to developing farmland value and maintaining positive interaction between them. Methods of documentation and factor analysis were employed. The results show that the influencing factors of the rural land value can be improved through rural land circulation and the drives of rural land circulation is from the rural land value. It is concluded that keeping a positive interaction between the circulation of rural land and land value could improve the farmland＇s value-in-use effectively.
