摘 要:为了克服普通双管正激变流器因占空比受限于50%而影响效率以及不利于宽电压输入范围的缺点,提出一种采用新颖谐振复位技术的不对称双管正激变流器(DSFC).和普通双管正激变流器相比,该新颖变流器在保持了低开关电压应力的同时,具有仅在普通脉宽调制(PWM)控制方式下即能将占空比拓宽至50%以上的能力;在不改变原有变压器结构的前提下,通过增加一个结构简单同时又成本低廉的辅助电路,该变流器则可在所有情况下实现主开关管的软开关.该新颖变流器非常适合应用于高电压、宽范围输入的场合以作为高效低成本的绿色节能电源.一台规格为200~400V宽范围直流输入、48V/5A直流输出、最高转换效率可达95.3%的通信电源样机,验证了所述变流器的有效性和实用性.A novel resonant reset asymmetrical dual switch forward converter (DSFC) was proposed to overcome the duty ratio limitation issue existing in DSFC,which is unsuitable for the wide input range application and improving the efficiency. Compared with the traditional DSFC,the converter maintained the advantage of lowering voltage stress on each switch,and possessed the merits with the duty ratio exceed 50% and the conventional pulse width modulation (PWM) operation capability. The soft switching transition for all switches under all conditions was achieved while no modification was made on the original transformer component and the auxiliary circuit was comparatively simple and the cost effective. Therefore,the converter can achieve lower manufacturing costs and has strong capability for high line and wide input range industrial applications. A prototype aiming at the telecom system of 200~400 V input,48 V/5 A output,whose highest conversion efficiency was 95.3%,was built to verify the validity and applicability of the converter.
