摘 要:研究屏幕的机械运动误差对基于发光二极管(LED)旋转屏体三维显示的影响,主要分析屏幕附加轴向窜动和摆动这2种系统的主要机械误差对显示效果的影响.通过理论研究及数值模拟,给出运动误差幅度与三维显示效果的关系,得出要保证竖直和水平分辨率不下降的情况下的最大窜动和摆动误差,提出简单的适用于体三维显示系统的机械容差计算方法.研究表明,窜动影响体三维竖直分辨率,摆动影响水平分辨率.The influence of the panel's mechanical movement errors to the reconstruction quality of three-dimensional images was analyzed aimed at the volumetric three-dimensional display system based on two-dimensional light emitting diode (LED) rotating panel. The effects of swing and the main axial movement were mainly focused. The relationship between the amplitude of the errors and the display quality was constructed by the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and the maximum value of the two errors was given to keep the vertical and horizontal resolutions constant. The calculating method for the tolerance of mechanical systems of the volumetric three-dimensional display was obtained. Results show that the main axial movement influences the vertical resolution and swing influences the horizontal resolution.
