摘  要:建立了球体元三维离散单元法的单元接触模型。该模型把两个球体空间接触时的相互作用简化为四个弹簧阻尼器和三个滑动摩擦器。根据赫兹接触理论和非完全弹性碰撞理论,合理地确定了各接触参数。文中详细讨论了接触球体间相互作用力的分析计算方法和球体间产生接触的判断及检索方法,给出了球体元三维离散单元法的原理、算法和数据结构,并编制了相应的程序。利用该程序对球体自重下落和颗粒阻尼减振器分别进行了仿真计算,理论结果和实验结果有较好的一致性,验证了本文方法和程序的正确性。The element contact model of three dimensional spherical element DEM(discrete element method) is built, which simplifies the interaction between two contacted spheres in space to be four spring dampers and three sliding graters. The contact parameters are reasonably determined by means of Hertz′s contact theory and non complete elastic collision theory. The calculating method of the interactive force between contacted spheres, the deterministic and searching method of the contact between spheres are discussed in detail. The principle, the algorithm and the data structure of three dimensional spherical element DEM are given, and the appropriate DEM program is developed. Then the numerical calculations of the drop of spheres under the gravity and the absorber with granular damping are performed, the result of calculation is in accord well with that of experiment, the correctness of the method and the program are verified.
