摘　　要：目的寻求医院病案管理的最佳方式。方法对我院病案管理进行总结和回顾,为进一步加强病案管理规范化提供一些经验和借鉴。结果规范化管理是病案管理发展的趋势。结论医院应把病案管理规范化作为病案管理的最佳方案。Objective To explore the best manner for medical records management.Methods Summary and review were done on medical records management in our hospital in order to provide some experience and reference for further enhancement of standardization of medical records management.Results Standardized management was the development trend of medical records management.Conclusion Standardization of medical records management should be regarded as the best program in management.
