摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤移植术准确的ICD编码。方法通过学习皮肤移植术的相关文献,仔细阅读病案,按照分类原则进行准确的ICD编码。结果皮肤移植术可分为游离皮肤移植术和皮瓣移植术,游离皮肤移植术的编码为86.60～86.69,皮瓣移植术的编码为86.70～86.75。结论编码员不但要掌握ICD编码知识,还要学习相关的医学知识和仔细阅读病案,才能做到准确编码。Objective To investigate the accurate ICD coding of skin transplantation.Methods Through reviewing medical literatures related to skin transplantation and carefully read medical records,accurate ICD coding was conducted in accordance with classification principle.Results Skin transplantation was divided into free skin transplantation and skin flap transplantation,with its ICD coding of 86.60-86.69 and 86.70-86.75,respectively.Conclusion Coders should not only master ICD coding knowledge,but also learn relevant medical knowledge and carefully read the medical records with achievement of accurate coding.
