摘　　要：财政政策和货币政策是我国宏观经济调控的主要政策工具,两者都具有拉动经济增长的作用。本文以1994-2008年经济数据为基础,建立我国的IS-LM模型,测算我国财政政策和货币政策乘数及政策效果,为我国财政政策和货币政策实施效果评价提供依据。As major macro economic tools of China, both fiscal and monetary policies are used to stimulate the growth of economy. Based on the data from 1994 to 2008, this paper tries to establish framework of IS-LM model that can be applied in China and estimate the real effects of fiscal and monetary polices, providing evidence to evaluate the effectiveness of these macro policies.
