摘　　要：竞争情报软件在现代企业竞争情报活动中扮演着越来越重要的角色。为了剖析国外竞争情报软件的最新发展态势,选取了国外具有代表意义的七个竞争情报软件,从开发公司、功能、关键技术、灵活性、易用性和安全性六个层面对它们作了比较研究。通过比较分析,希望能给企业选购竞争情报软件提供借鉴,并对我国竞争情报软件的研发提出了建议。Competitive intelligence software plays an increasing important role in the modern enterprise competitive intelligence activities. In order to analyze the latest development trend of foreign competition intelligence software, the development corporation, functions, key technologies, flexibility, usability and security of seven typical foreign competitive intelligence software applications are compared analytically. Through the comparative analysis, the author aims at giving some references to company＇s purchasing competitive intelligence software, and gives some advices to the native competitive intelligence software＇s research and development.
