摘　　要：通过调查国际科技期刊资源出版状况、新型信息传播模式以及用户需求的变化,分析新科技信息环境对图书馆资源建设策略,如转变馆藏建设理念、加强数字资源和机构知识库建设、重视信息资源的整合揭示、集成信息服务以及不断增加图书馆的经费投入等多个方面的影响。Analyzed in this paper is the effect of new scientific information environment on resource development policies in libraries, including changing the concept of library collection, strengthening development of digitalresource and institutional knowledge databases, attaching importance to integration and revelation of information resources and integrated information service, and increasing finance input into libraries.
