摘 要:目的探讨护理流程设计原则,为流程设计提供指导。方法采用专家咨询法对27名护理专家进行问卷咨询。结果专家平均权威系数0.78,积极系数0.90,专家评分均数3.23~4.93,变异系数0.05~0.33。按照同时满足以下3项指标的标准:指标重要性赋值均数〉4、满分频率〉50%、变异系数〈0.25,有25个条目被确定为护理流程设计原则。结论在设计护理流程时,不仅要以患者需求为导向、以患者满意为目标,还要遵循专业要求和资源适应原则,遵循以员工为本的团队式管理原则和整体优化原则。Objective To explore the principles of nursing process design so as to provide the references for the process design. Method Delphi method was adopted and 27 experts were consulted by a questionnaire survey. Results The average authority coefficient of experts was 0. 78. The positive coefficient of experts was 0.90. The mean score of each item was 3.23 - 4.93. And the coefficient of variations (CV) was 0.05 -0. 33. The item selected criteria included the mean score of indicator's importance assignment was 〉 4,the frequency of full mark was 〉 50% , and the coefficient of variations was 〈 0.25. According to the above three indicators,25 items were identified as the principles of nursing process design. Conclusion The nursing process reengineering should not only be oriented by the needs of patients and the satisfactory of patients as the goal, but also follow the principles of professional requirements, resource constraints, the staff -focused team management and holistic optimization.
