摘　　要：目的探讨单病种护理健康教育路径的实施方法与效果。方法选择6个中国医院管理协会指定的单病种,制订详细的单病种护理健康教育路径,对住院病人开展系统的单病种健康教育,并对实施效果进行评价。结果实施单病种护理健康教育路径,使护士的执行率达到100.00%,病人的满意度从96.20%提升至98.60%。结论单病种护理健康教育路径的制订能有效提高护理质量,提升护理内涵,保障病人安全。Objective To explore the methods and effectiveness of implementing single disease health education pathways. Methods Six diseases were selected from the single diseases designated by Chinese Hospital Management Association. The detailed single disease education pathways were designed and implemented in hospitalized patients. Then the effectiveness of implementation was assessed. Results After applying the single disease health education pathways, the implementation rate of nurses was 100.00% , and the satisfactory rate of patients increased from 96.20% to 98.60%. Conclusion The application of single disease health education pathways can effectively improve the quality of nursing and promote nursing contents and protect patients＇ safety.
