摘　　要：目的探讨儿科护理技术操作培训方法与效果。方法以患儿评估培训为重点,采用集中培训、骨干培训和按层次培训的方法 ,对全院护理人员进行护理技术操作培训。结果培训后护理人员技术操作主要环节(除用物准备、核对)及考核总成绩提高(P<0.01),患儿家长对护理技术服务的满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论以患儿评估为重点进行培训是一种行之有效的培训方法 。Objective To discuss the methods and effects of pediatric nursing technique training. Methods All nurses in our hospital received nursing technique training, which emphasized on children assessment, combined centralized training with backbone training and theoretical training. Results After train- ing, the technique examination performance of nurses was improved （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and parents＇satisfaction was increased also（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The assessment -emphasized training model is feasible and effective.
