摘  要:目的掌握4种药剂对蚊蝇和蟑螂的杀灭效果,为病媒生物控制提供依据。方法在室内条件下分别采用幼虫浸渍法、微量点滴法、三角烧瓶药膜法。结果高效氯氟氰菊酯对淡色库蚊幼虫敏感性最高,毒力最大,LC50为0.012 6 mg/L;高效氯氰菊酯次之,胺菊酯毒力最弱。对家蝇,高效氯氟氰菊酯敏感性同样最高,LD50为0.414 2μg/蝇,残杀威毒力最弱。高效氯氟氰菊酯、残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯对德国小蠊的KT50分别为10.24、12.93和15.25 m in,毒力较强。结论蚊、蝇、蟑螂对高效氯氟氰菊酯的敏感性最高,但高效氯氰菊酯的杀灭效果好于其他三者。Objective To understand the efficacy of four kinds of insecticides against vectors and provide scientific data for vector control.Methods Under laboratory conditions,the methods were soaking,topical application and residual smearing method.Results The LC50 of lambda-cyhalothrin to mosquito was 0.012 6 mg/L,and the toxicity was the strongest.The toxicity of tetramethrin was the weakest.The LD50 of lambda-cyhalothrin was 0.414 2 μg per piece to fly.For cockroach,the KT50 of lambda-cyhalothrin,propoxur and beta-cyfluthrin were 10.24,12.93 and 15.25min respectively.Conclusion For the mosquito,fly and cockroach,the toxicity of lambda-cyhalothrin is the highest.The control effect of beta-cyfluthrin is the best of them.
