复方丁香开胃贴贴敷神阙穴治疗慢性心功能不全合并腹胀患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方丁香开胃贴贴敷神阙穴治疗慢性心功能不全合并轻中度腹胀患者的效果。方法将60例慢性心功能不全轻中度腹胀患者随机分为两组,对照组25例,在心功能不全规范治疗基础上给予吗丁啉10mg口服,每天3次;治疗组35例,在对照组治疗的基础上同时给予复方丁香开胃贴贴敷神阙穴治疗。比较两组患者治疗5d后腹胀症状改善情况。结果两组患者腹胀缓解治疗总有效率分别为94.3%和48.0%,两组比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论复方丁香开胃贴贴敷神阙穴治疗慢性心功能不全合并轻中度腹胀疗效明显。Objective To observe the effect of sticking the stimulate-the-appetite compound cloves on Shenque Point for alleviating the symptom of abdominal distension in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency. Methods Sixty patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency and abdominal distension were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-five patients in the control group received the standard treatment for heart failure with oral domperidone 10 mg tid. Thirty-five patients in the treatment group received the same treatment of control group plus the treatment of sticking the stimulate-the-appetite compound of cloves on Shenque Point. The efficiency of alleviating the symptom of abdominal distension in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rates were 94.3% in the treatment group and 48.0% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Sticking the stimulate-the-appetite compound of cloves on Shenque Point has obvious effect on alleviating the symptom of abdominal distension in patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency.
