三腔二囊尿管在大便失禁患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察留置三腔二囊尿管在大便失禁患者中引流大便的效果。方法选择2008年12月-2010年2月本院21例大便失禁患者作为实验组,2007年1月-2008年10月本院32例大便失禁患者作为对照组,对照组采用大便失禁的常规护理方法,实验组采用留置三腔二囊尿管引流大便。比较两组患者肛周皮肤破损发生率及护理成本。结果两组患者肛周皮肤破损发生率及护理成本比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组肛周皮肤破损发生率及护理成本低于对照组。结论大便失禁患者留置三腔二囊尿管引流大便,可以减少肛周皮肤破损的发生,降低护理成本,值得在基层医院推广使用。Objective To probe into the effect of indwelling sengstaken-hlakemore tube on the drainage of stool for fecal-incontinence patients. Methods A total of 21 fecal-incontinence patients hospitalized in our hospital from December 2008 to February 2010 were chosen as the experimental group and 32 fecal-inoontinence patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2007 to October 2008 were chosen as the control group. The traditional nursing method was carried out in the control group and the sengstaken-blakemore tube were indwelled for draining stool in the experimental group. Tee incidence of perianal dermal damage and nursing cost in the two groups were compared. Result The incurrence of perianal dermal damage and nursing cost in the experimental group was lower than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The indwelling of sengstaken-blakemore tube for the drainage of stool could decrease the incidence of perianal dermal damage and drop the nursing cost, which is worth spreading in the grass-roots hospitals.
