摘  要:目的探讨乳酸菌合生元A肠内营养对重型颅脑外伤患者营养状态和免疫水平的影响。方法将75例患者随机分为肠外营养(parenteral nutrition,PN)组、乳酸菌合生元A肠内营养(periopreatively using enteral nutrition with fiber-containing,LEN)组、合生元B肠内营养(enteral nuteriion with fiber-containing,FEN)组,每组各25例,分别进行肠外营养、应用乳酸菌合生元A进行肠内营养、应用合生元B进行肠内营养。比较3组患者营养支持前后各项营养指标的变化以及并发症的发生率。结果应用LEN进行肠内营养支持前后,患者前白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);应用PN进行肠外营养、FEN进行肠内营养支持后,患者前白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数低于营养支持前(均P<0.05)。LEN与FEN组总并发症发生率比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;LEN、FEN组总并发症发生率低于PN组(均P<0.05)。结论应用乳酸菌合生元A进行肠内营养,可以促进患者蛋白质合成、免疫功能恢复、纠正负氮平衡及减少并发症的发生。Objective To probe into the feasibility and effect of the enteral nutrition with Specific Lactobacillus Synbiotics in severe head injury patients. Methods The 75 patients were randomly divided into parenteral nutrition (PN) group, lactic acid bacteria syubiotics A enteral nutrition (LEN) group, lactic acid bacteria synbiotics B entend nutrition (FEN) group, 25 cases in each group, receiving parenteral nutrition, application of lactic acid bacteria synbiotics A enteral nutrition, the application of lactic acid bacteria synbiotics B, respectively, for enteral nutrition. Changes in nutritional indicators and the incidence of complications before and after nutritional support were compared between three groups. Results No significant difference was found in pre-albumin and lymphocyte count in LEN group before and after nutritional support (P 〉 0.05). Pre-albumin and lymphocyte count in PN group and FEN group were significantly lower after nutritional support (P 〈 0.05). Double infection, stress deer incidence and death rate in FEN group were less than the PN group (P 〈 0.05). The occurrenca rate of complication in LEN and FEN group was higher than that in PN group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application of lactic acid bacteria in patients with synbiotics can promote the protein synthesis and immune function recovery, correct the negative nitrogen balance and reduce complications.
