摘　　要：目的总结世界大学生冬季运动会会场馆医疗站护理人员的组织管理与实践工作经验。方法回顾性总结和分析世界大学生冬季运动会会场馆医疗站护理人员的组织管理与实践工作经验,主要包括对医护人员的合理选拔、培训和场馆内的其他具体工作安排与实施的方法。结果医疗站共接诊患者19名,其中运动员5名、场馆工作人员及志愿者10名、观众4名,由于提供及时有效的医疗护理服务,保证了比赛的顺利进行,圆满完成医疗保障任务。结论明确的分工和高效的管理,最大限度地发挥护理人员的作用,形成岗位交叉、职责明确的护理团队,对圆满完成体育运动会场馆的医疗和护理任务具有重要的作用。Objective To summarize the experience of organizing and managing the nursing staff of medical stations in the gymnasium for the World Winter University.Method The organization and practical work experience in managing the nursing staff of medical stations in the gymnasium for the World Winter University Games were retrospectively summarized,mainly including the selection and training of nursing staff and the management of other work.Results The medical station admitted 19 patients,including 5 athletes and 10 workers or volunteers and 4 audience.Our timely medical service ensured the completion of all games.Conclusion The specific labor division and effective management of the nursing team in the medical station plays a role in the medical service of the gymnasium for the World Winter University Games.
