摘　　要：武广铁路的900 t双线简支箱梁预制技术在国内首次应用,其预制工艺复杂。在现场施工过程中,针对大体积混凝土浇注的温度控制,混凝土的裂缝控制,张拉后的徐变控制等进行了机理分析和试验研究,其研究结果满足设计施工的各项技术要求,保证了武广高铁的正常运营。Wuguang high＇ speed railway is the first HSR in China which adopted 900 t double line simple box girder technique.In this paper,the temperature controlling requirement of mass concrete pouring,the crack controlling requirement of concrete and creep control after tension were analyzed by theoretical calculation and field test.The results show that the prefabricating technique used in Wuguang railway can satisfy the engineering requirements and guarantee the normal order of railway operation.
