南通市2007年预防接种副反应监测资料分析

摘　　要：目的:评价2007年南通市预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测系统运转情况、预防接种服务质量和安全性。方法:通过中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统收集的2007年南通市报告的AEFI个案数据,采用统计描述的方法分析流行病学的相关指标。结果:全市全年共收集AEFI个案488例,AEFI反应分类以一般反应最多,共363例个案,占总个案例数的74.39%;异常反应有114例(23.36%);偶合症10例(2.05%);待定1例(0.20%)。涉及疫苗20种,其中报告最多的是乙脑灭活疫苗,共191例,占总报告例数的39.14%。结论:监测结果表明,全市的AEFI监测系统运转正常,但要继续加强对各级医疗机构的报告人员在AEFI诊断、分类及处理等相关知识的培训工作,确保AEFI监测数据的质量。Objective：To analize the occurrence features of adverse effects following immunization in Nantong in the year of 2007,and to evaluate the founctioning of the AEFI system,the quality of immunization service and the safety of vaccines.Methods：Relevant epidemiological indicators was statistically described according to the AEFI data which was collected through the China Information System for National Immunization Program（NIP）.Results：Totally 488 AEFI cases were reported in the year of 2007.There were 363 cases with vaccine general reactions which accounted for 74.39% among AEFI classification,114 cases with vaccine paradoxical reaction（23.36%）,38 cases with coincidental illness（2.05%）,and 1 case with underdetemined （0.20%）.There were 20 kinds of vaccine involved in AEFI cases,191 cases induced by inactivated JE vaccine,which accounted for 39.14%.Conclusion：According to the data of surveillance,the AEFI surveillance system of Nantong city works in a good condition.However,to make sure of the quality of surveillance data of AEFI,training about diagnosis,classification and treatment of AEFI should be strengthened in all medical institution reporters.
