摘　　要：关键事件技术是一个很好的认知质化研究方法。首先介绍了关键事件技术的概念、主要特点和具体操作方法;然后重点阐述了它在心理治疗、心理咨询研究和实践中的价值,同时列举了在医学教育、临床技能提高、临床资格和能力评估方面的应用;最后评价了本技术的局限性及解决措施。The critical incident technique （CIT） is a useful method of cognitive qualitative research. First, an introduction of the conception, major characteristics and specific process of CIT was conducted. Then this review elaborated on the value of CIT in research and practice of psychotherapy and counseling fields, meanwhile its applications in medical education, clinical skill improvement, clinical competency and ability assessment were also enumerated. Finally, the limitations of CIT and some possible solutions were discussed.
