摘　　要：Flt3（fms-like tyrosine kinase-3）是Ⅲ型酪氨酸激酶受体家族的成员之一，其配体Fit3-L是近年来日益受到重视的早期造血生长因子。近年来，越来越多的研究开始关注Fit3-L与支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）的关系，目前多数研究认为，Flt3-L可以抑制及逆转哮喘气道过敏性炎症及气道高反应性的发生，其作用的产生可能是通过树突状细胞及调节性T细胞介导。基于Flt3-L可能在哮喘治疗中起重大作用，现就Flt3／Flt3-L对哮喘的作用及相关机制作一综述。Flt3 （fms-like tyrosine kinase-3）is a family member of the type Ⅲ tyrosine kinase receptors. And Flt3-L, the ligand of Flt3, as an early-phase hematopoietic growth factor,is more and more attentioned in recent years. Recently, many studies focused on the role of Flt3-L in bronchial asthma （asthma）. Most studies indicated that FIt3-L can inhibit, and even reverse, the occurrence of asthma, including allergic airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness, which is mediated by dendritic cells or regular T cells. Given the potential importance of Flt3-L in the treatment of asthma, the roles of Flt3/Flt3-L in the development of asthma are reviewed.
