摘　　要：细胞因子在多种肺疾病中起到重要作用。其中，白介素1（IL-1）通过介导炎症，免疫损伤及致纤维化作用在肺疾病的发展中扮演重要角色，而作为IL-1特异性的天然拮抗剂白介素1受体拮抗剂（IL-1RA）也越来越受到广泛重视。本文就IL-1RA和肺疾病的相关研究进展作一简要综述。A variety of cytokines play important roles in complex process of pulmonary diseases. Such as interleukin-1 （IL-1）, play a key role in the development of pulmonary diseases by regulating mediators which are responsible for lung injur, inflammation, and potientially fibrosis. The interleukin-1 receptor antagonist （IL-1RA）, which specific against IL-1, is becoming a pivot of wide attention. In this paper, research progress of relationship between IL 1RA and pulmonary disease are briefly.
