摘　　要：本文首先界定了高层次护理人才应当具备的能力，继而阐述了高层次护理人才培养的必要性与紧迫性，分析了高层次护理人才培养过程中产生的诸多困惑，最后对高层次护理专业人才的培养提出了对策。This article defines the high-level nursing professionals by means of the abilities and skills they need to mastery and expounds the necessity for the cultivation of them. It goes further to analyze the problems occurred during the training and put forward the solutions to solve the problems.
