炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂的制备及质量控制

摘　　要：目的制备炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂,建立其质量控制方法 ,并对其含量测定方法进行考察。方法以炉甘石为主药制备炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂;采用络合滴定法测定锌盐的含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定苯酚含量。结果该络合滴定法测定锌盐的含量方法稳定;测定苯酚选择波长269.5nm为测定波长,测得吸收度(A)为定量依据。结果平均回收率100.33%,RSD为0.63%。结论测定制剂中锌盐和苯酚的含量方法均简单、准确。Objective To prepare calamine and menthol lotion and establish the quality standard of the lotion and inspect the assay method.Methods To prepare calamine and menthol lotion by principal agent of calamine,to determine the content of zinc oxide by complexometry and the content of Phenol by apply UV spectrophotometer.Results The method of the content of zinc oxide by complexometry was steady.The wavelength 269.5 nm was chosen as determination wavelength,and the absorbability（A）determined was quantitation basis.Average recovery of 100.33%（RSD=0.63%）.Conclusion The assay methods is simple and accurate.
