摘　　要：目的探讨全凭静脉麻醉用于儿科手术的效果。方法将松岗人民医院90例手术患儿随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组采用瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚,对照组采用丙泊酚复合芬太尼。结果观察组各项指标均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要并发症为恶心、呕吐和呼吸抑制。结论瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚全凭静脉麻醉镇痛效果确切,麻醉深度可控性强,苏醒迅速,不良反应少,能够安全有效地用于小儿外科手术的临床麻醉,值得临床推广。Objective Discuss total intravenous anesthesia apply pediatric surgery effect.Methods 90 cases of pediatrics surgery were randomly divided into two groups and the control group in our hospital,observation group were treated with remifentanil combined with propofol in the control group were treated with propofol and fentanyl.Results observation group indicators were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The main complication was nausea and vomiting and respiratory depression.Conclusion Remifentanil combined with propofol total intravenous anesthesia analgesia precise,depth of anesthesia controllable is strong,wake up quickly,few adverse reaction can be safely and effectively used in clinical pediatric surgical anesthesia,worthy to be popularized.
