摘　　要：目的探讨我院口服二类精神药品的使用情况。方法回顾性分析我院近年来二类精神药品的使用资料,并进行统计分析。结果 2007～2009年始终位于用药前列的二类精神药品为:艾司唑仑片、阿普唑仑片、地西泮片、氯硝安定片等,由于阿普唑仑片的效价高,临床反应好,使用频度逐年上升。但是,艾司唑仑片、阿普唑仑片、地西泮片、氯硝安定片在不同年度均存在一定程度的滥用现象,处方量明显高于限定剂量。结论我院的口服二类精神药品使用基本合理,但仍存在一定的滥用现象,应加以管理,保证用药的合理性。Objective To explore the second category in our hospital with oral use of psychotropic drugs.Methods A retrospective analysis of psychotropic drugs in our hospital in recent years,the use of Type II data,and statistical analysis.Results 2007 to 2009,always at the forefront of the second category drugs as psychotropic drugs：estazolam tablets,alprazolam tablets,tablets of diazepam,clonazepam tablets,etc.,due to alprazolam tablets titer,a good clinical response,using the frequency increased year by year.However,estazolam tablets,alprazolam tablets,tablets of diazepam,clonazepam tablets in different years have some degree of abuse,was significantly higher than the limit prescribed dose.Conclusion Oral Type II hospital basically rational use of psychotropic drugs,but there are some abuses,should be managed to ensure the rational use of drugs.
