摘　　要：目的探讨功能性鼻内窥镜手术（functional endoscopic sinus surgery，FESS）失败的原因。方法对2007年6月至2009年7月我科收治的复发性鼻窦炎36病例进行回顾性分析。结果经二次手术及术后规律随诊，坚持用药，患者均获得痊愈。结论FESS手术前详细的CT阅片、缜密的手术方案，规律复查，坚持用药对手术的疗效起着至关重要的作用。Objective To investigate the failure reason of the functional endoscopic sinus surgery （functional endoscopic sinus surgery,FESS）. Methods From June 2007 to July 2009 admitted to our department with recurrent sinusitis and 36 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results After the second surgery and the laws were followed up, adhere to medication, patients have received cured. Conclusion FESS detailed preoperative CT reading films, meticulous surgical programs, law review, insist on the efficacy of surgical.
