气管切开术的安全性的比较

摘　　要：目的比较气管切开术中有无气管插管的手术风险。方法对我科所实施的气管切开术的病例共185例，对比其中气管插管与否的患者的手术并发症情况。结果经统计学处理，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论气管插管对气管切开手术的安全性有显著的提高。Objective To eomparison the risk in traeheotomy with thaehea intubation or not. Methods From 185 patients with traeheotomy by our department, we comparison the complications of traeheotomy with thachea intubation and with no thachea intubation. Results The statistie cluster analysis demonstrated that were great significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Trachea intubation can increase the safety greatly with traeheotomy.
