摘　　要：眼筋膜下阻滞是一经常用于各种眼科手术的麻醉方法，感觉神经可有效阻滞。由于实施麻醉采用钝型分离、弯型套管针进行阻滞，其并发症明显少于球周／球后神经阻滞。Anasthetists frequently perfom Sub-Tenon＇ s block for a variety of ophthalmological procedures and is effective in producing sensory block, due to the technique of blunt dissection and the type of eannula used to perform the block, therefore, it cause serious side effects significantly reduce than peribalbar/retrobalhar block.
