摘 要:目的调查糖尿病患者膳食结构及其对糖尿病饮食的了解情况,为有针对性地进行饮食干预提供依据。方法对35例糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,内容包括一般资料问卷、膳食调查及患者对糖尿病饮食认知情况等。将数据按百分率进行对比分析。结果对35例糖尿病患者进行饮食认知情况调查。①其中对饮食控制一贯执行的有62.86%,多数执行的有31.43%,随意处理的有5.71%;②认为不可多吃药多吃饭的为85.71%,可多吃药多吃饭的为2.86%,不确定的为11.43%。结论学历,病程与糖尿病患者对饮食认知情况有关。学历越高,病程越长,其认知情况越高。Objective To investigate dietary patterns in patients with diabetes and their understanding of the situation in diabetic diet, in order to carry out targeted interventions based on diet. Methods In 35 patients with diabetes conducted a questionnaire survey, covering general information questionnaire, dietary surveys and cognition status of diabetic diet and so on. According to the percentage of the data were comparative analyzed. Results Of 35 patients with diabetes to receive dietary survey of cognitive status. (1)The percentage of consistent implementation of the diet, most of the implementation and treated randomly were 62. 86% ,31.43% and 5.71% respectively. (2)Think we should not eat more rice and medication for 85. 71%, it may eat more rice and medication for 2. 86%, 11.43% for the uncertainty. Conclusion The education level and course of the disease are related to diet cognitive status of diabetes mellitus patients. The higher the education level, the longer course of the disease, the higher their cognitive conditions.
