摘　　要：作者以自己在开发工作中的经历和体会，说明物理工作者具有深厚的理论功底，经过系统的科学研究训练，善于运用物理模型，适合于从事创新性的工作，正是高新科技企业急需的人才．作者还探讨了目前物理学界所面临的困难。Based on personal experience the author has found that with their theoretical background,research training, and ability to solve problems by establishing suitable physical models, physicists are precisely the qualified personnel urgently needed by high tech companies involved in innovative projects. The author also investigates the difficult situation physicists are facing in adapting to the market economy.
