摘  要:实验研究了La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xCuxO3(x=0和015)样品在温度远低于居里温度时的电阻随温度的变化行为.发现未加磁场时,Cu掺杂样品在低温下表现出电阻极小值行为.这一极小值现象在外加磁场后消失.基于Kondo理论,对实验观察进行了讨论,并作了定量的理论与实验的比较.Abstract The temperature dependence of resistance in the La 2/3 Ca 1/3 Mn 1-x Cu x O 3( x =0 and 0.15) system at temperatures much lower than Curie temperature has been experimentally studied. It is found that a resistance minimum obviously appears in the zero field R T curve of the Cu doped sample. Such a resistance minimum disappears when a magnetic field is applied to the sample. Based on Kondo theory, a quantitative comparison between the theory and the experimental data has been presented. It is shown that the experimental observation can be well understood within the framework of Kondo theory.
