摘  要:报道了一种对NO-2具有高灵敏度和选择性的碳糊化学修饰电极。该电极由碳粉中加入修饰剂甲壳素制备而成。采用酸性Briton-Robinson广泛缓冲溶液(pH3.90)为支持电解质,用1.2×10-4mol/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)作吸附剂,对亚硝酸根离子进行阳极溶出伏安法测定,检测限为1.0×10-9mol/L。在量浓度为2.0×10-9~2.0×10-7mol/L范围内,峰电流与浓度具有线性关系。此修饰电极可直接富集和测定水样中亚硝酸根的含量,大多数离子对测定无干扰,回收率为96.0%~110.0%。This paper reports a new chemically modified electrode for determining nitrite with high sensitivity and selectivity.The electrode is constructed by adding chitin into a carbon paste mixture.This method is based on the electrodeposition and subsequent oxidation of CTMAB nitrite complex on the CME in a supporting electrolyte solution consisting of Britton Robinson buffer solution of pH value 3.90 and 1.2×10 -4 mol/L CTMAB.The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of nitrite over the range 2.0×10 -9 ~2 0×10 -7 mol/L, and the detection limit is 1.0×10 -9 mol/L.The modified electrode preferentially accumulates nitrite from the solution,while most ions do not interfere with the determination.This method has been used for the determination of trace nitrite in water with 96.0%~110 0% recovery
