摘  要:在磷酸介质中,Cu(Ⅱ)能抑制二安替比林对氯苯基甲烷(DApCM)与钒(Ⅴ)的显色反应。研究了反应条件和动力学参数,建立了测定微量铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。其线性范围的质量浓度为0.04~0.18mg/L,检出限为0.04mg/L。用于粗铅和铝合金样品中铜的测定,结果满意。An inhibitory spectrophotometric method for the determination of micro amounts of copper(Ⅱ) has been established.It is based on the inhibitory effect of copper(Ⅱ) on the color reaction of vanadium(Ⅴ) with diantipyryl 4 chlorophenyl methane(DApCM) in phosphoric acid solution.The kinetic condition and parameters of the reaction were studied in detail.The range of determination is 0.04~0 18mg Cu(Ⅱ)/L,and the limit of detection is 0.04mg Cu(Ⅱ)/L.The method has been applied to the determination of micro amounts of copper(Ⅱ) in samples with satisfacotry results
